Phoenix Rising Support Services / National Disability Care Enterprises is a ‘for purpose’ organisation, which means we have increased flexibility to provide our participants with opportunities with greater quality of life.
Our team draws on over 50 years combined expertise across disability, human services, psychology, behaviour support, mental health, AOD, aged care and teaching & training. Our expertise in health allows us to ensure all participants receive best practice and holistic individualised support needs.
With our vast expertise and qualifications across all areas allows us to assist in data analytics allows for the collection, analysis and interpretation of health data specific to individual participant support needs.

Our office is open Monday through Saturday, while our emergency services are available around the clock. Sundays by appointment.

Our staff members are either fully qualified and experienced in their respective areas, or they are in the process of undertaking essential courses to further enhance their capabilities as support workers. Our workforce is as diverse as the communities we serve. Our team members come from a variety of backgrounds, many of whom have specialised expertise beyond their work in community services. This diversity not only enriches our organisational culture but also allows us to offer a broader range of support, tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
The age range of our team spans from 18 to 65 years, encompassing a wide array of perspectives and life experiences. This range of ages, combined with a balance of both male and female workers, allows us to connect with and support individuals from all walks of life. Our team’s diversity in age, gender, and background ensures that we can provide empathetic, understanding, and effective support to those in our care.
