Training, Transition, and Employment

Our specialised team is dedicated to developing individualised programs for participants who are leaving school, transitioning into employment, aging out of residential care or foster care, and assisting forensic clients reintegrating into the community.

At Phoenix Rising, we are committed to collaborating with participants and their informal and formal support networks to facilitate a transition into meaningful employment and other aspects of life where they may have faced challenges and barriers This commitment is backed by our qualified and experienced staff, who provide a range of services, including but not limited to:
