Here at Phoenix Rising SS, we are committed to meeting your individual needs. We actively practice a client-centered approach, focusing not just on the immediate needs of our participants but also on their long- and short-term goals. We pride ourselves on tailoring support to each participant, incorporating the entire care team into daily support to ensure that participants can gain the most out of their lives and achieve their goals.
Our team is specialized and highly trained in complex needs, including BOC, AOD, and mental health. We also have a dedicated team proficient in high-care needs. At Phoenix Rising, we emphasize continuous training in areas that will best support our participants, maintaining a high standard of care.

What is the NDIS?
'National Disability Insurance Scheme'
The NDIS provides
funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.
The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community.
This includes connections to
doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
The NDIS now supports
over 500,000 Australians with disability to access the services and supports they need.

NDIS eligibilty
You may be eligible to receive an individual support plan if:
- You are under 65 years of age.
- You are an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen who is a Protected Special Category Visa holder.
- You have a permanent or significant disability that requires help from others to do things, equipment or assistive technology.
- Well maintained, functional, safe and secure homes.
